Terms & Conditions
Quotes and payment
All work is quoted in writing before it starts. A 50% deposit is required to begin a project and is non-refundable once work has commenced. The balance is payable on completion, before the site goes live.
Client responsibilities
You supply content, images and feedback within reasonable time. Projects paused by the client for more than 60 days may be re-quoted.
Revisions
Website projects include two rounds of revisions. Logo projects include two rounds on the chosen concept. Further changes are quoted separately.
Ownership
On full payment, the website content, design files and logo files belong to you. Your domain is registered in your name. Third-party plugins and fonts remain under their own licences.
Hosting and maintenance
Monthly hosting and maintenance run month to month and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ notice. Unpaid accounts may result in suspension of hosted services after written notice.
Limitation
We take reasonable care with backups and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific search engine positions.
