Most hosting is sold as space on a server and nothing else. When something breaks, you are the one logging support tickets in a language you did not sign up to learn.

Hosting here is managed. The certificate renews itself, the backups run and get tested, the software gets patched, and if the site goes down I usually know before you do. When you need something changed, you send a WhatsApp and it is done.

What happens if the site is hacked?

On a maintenance plan, cleanup and restoration from backup are included.

Can you host a website you did not build?

Yes, after a quick check that it is not already compromised. The migration is included.

What happens to my email during the move?

It is moved with the site and set up on your devices. Existing mail comes across.

Do you guarantee uptime?

I do not sell an uptime guarantee, because nobody can honestly promise 100%. What I do is monitor it and fix problems quickly, usually before you notice.

Can I leave?

Any time, with 30 days' notice, and I hand over a full copy of the site and the domain.
