My clients range from two-person operations to established companies in and around Johannesburg: trades and contractors, guesthouses, health practices, security companies, suppliers and consultancies. They are not looking for an award-winning brand campaign. They want a website that loads quickly, explains what they do, and makes it effortless to call, WhatsApp or request a quote.

Plenty of clients I have never met in person. Everything can run over WhatsApp, email and a call, in whichever of five languages suits you.

Questions & answers
How long does a website take?
One to three weeks for most projects, counted from when your content arrives. Larger or e-commerce sites take longer.
Do I have to write the content?
No. Send rough notes or a voice note and I will write the pages for you to approve.
Can you rebuild my existing site without losing rankings?
Yes. Existing URLs are preserved wherever possible, and anything that has to change gets a 301 redirect so the ranking follows.
Do you build online stores?
Yes, WooCommerce stores with product pages, cart and South African payment gateways.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and once the invoice is settled the files, content and design are yours to take anywhere.
Can I update the website myself afterwards?
On a WordPress build, yes, and I show you how. On a static build, small changes come through me, usually the same day.
Do you work with businesses outside Johannesburg?
Yes. Roughly half my clients are elsewhere in South Africa and everything runs over WhatsApp, email and calls.
What happens after the site goes live?
Hosting, backups and updates continue on a monthly plan, or you can take the site elsewhere. Nothing is locked to me.
